水产品实验室概况

水产品实验室 象山分中心水产品检测实验室现有工作人员6 名，实验室面积约400平方米，建有标本室、样品室、准备室、消杀室各1 间和100 级无菌室2 间。实验室拥有大容量冰箱、高压灭菌锅及培养箱等价值50 多万元的仪器设备。可以开展：菌落总数、沙门氏菌、志贺氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌、食品微生物的检测。曾截获大肠菌群、粪大肠菌群超标、大肠杆菌阳性、金黄色葡萄球菌阳性的样品100 多批次。 象山分中心水产品实验室理化组拥有气相色谱仪、气相色谱一质谱联用仪、液相色谱仪、原子吸收、原子荧光等检测设备，是宁波市最大的水产出口加工基地，象山县中设备最齐全的食品理化检测实验室。主要承担水产品中药物残留、食品添加剂、重金属元素等理化项目检测。[联络方式] 朱振华 0574-65756714 zhuzh@nbciq.gov.cnAQUATIC PRODUCTS LABORATORY At present , Xiangshan Branch Center Aquatic Products Inspection Laboratory has six staff . The Laboratory covers an area of about 400 square meters . It sets up one Specimen Room , Sample Room , Preparation Room , Sterilization Room respectively and one 100-Level Germfree Rooms . It possesses over 500,000RMB of the instruments and equipments such as the large capacity refrigerator , high pressure sterilization boiler , Incubator etc . It can develop the Inspection to colony total , salmonella , Shigella , Staphylococcus Aureas , Listeria monocytogenes , food m icrobiology . It has intercepted and captured more than 100 lots of E . coli , excess coliform bacteria , E . coil positive , Staphylococcus Aureas positive samples . Xiangshan Branch Center Aquatic Products Laboratory Physical & Chemical Group owns the inspection devices such as gas chromatography , gas chromatography/mass spectrometer , liquid chromatography , atomic absorption , atomic fluorescence and so on . It is the largest aquatic products export base in Ningbo city and food physical and chemical inspection laboratory with the most complete equipments in Xiangshan county .
