| 文化建设是检验检疫事业长远发展的精神动力，多年来在局党组和各级领导的关怀下，技术中心的文化建设工作搞得红红火火。中心全体干部职工始终坚持以党建“五个一”工程、争创“五个一流”、科技兴检、人才强检等理念为目标，确立了“更准、更快、更新”的中心精神和“质量是我们的生命、科技是我们的灵魂、服务是我们的义务”的中心价值观。以创建“巾帼文明示范岗”和“青年文明号”等创先评优活动为载体，以“出入有境，服务无境”为服务的准则，开展了诸多内容丰富、形式多样、寓教于乐的活动，营造了文化建设的浓厚氛围。
Culture construction is the spiritual dynamics of the long-lasting development of the inspection and quarantine career . Over the years , with the great care of the Bureau Party Group and various levels of the leaders , it greatly prospers the culture construction works of the Technical Center .
