微生物检测实验室介绍

微生物检测实验室 拥有两套100 级净化空气无菌室，配备有mini-VIDAS 、VITEK 、厌氧培养箱等总值逾270 万元的仪器设备。目前已开展的微生物检测项目达20 多个。实验室多次从进出口产品中检出单增李斯特菌、沙门氏菌、副溶血性弧菌等致病菌。实验室同时负责下属局及企业微生物检验人员的技术培训和指导工作。微生物实验室多次参加由APLAC 、CNAS 等组织的水平测试，均获得满意结果。[联络方式] 劳华均 0574-87022627 laohj@nbciq.gov.cnPLANT QUARANTINE LAB The main task of the Plant Quarantine Lab is to detect and identify the quarantine pest from imported and exported plant and it is material , it also provide technical support to local fruit fly and fire ant surpervision. Inspecting samles include grain , oil seed , wooden package , fruit and all kinds of insects detected during field inspection . Now most of items like the inspection of insects , weed , fungi , nematode and plant virus can be completed in our lab . Important quarantine pest Iike TCK , TIM , Phytophthora sojae , Acanthoscelides obtectus , Bactrocera dorsalis , Coptotermes curvignathus ,Bursaphelnchus xylophilus were repeatly detected and identified . Some of the excellent work had been praised by the government official . In recent years , three important quarantine fungi : phomopsis seed decay , northern stem canker , southern stem canker were repeatly detected from imported soybean . They were the first report in China .Since 2005 , six new Bursaphelenchus species were identified and related paper were published in the international magazine which indicates that our nematodes research technology reaches the advanced international level . Up to now , 1 research task from state Bureau , 7 tasks from Ningbo Bureau , 4 quarantine methods have been finished , more than 20 papers have been published in special journal .CONTACT MODE Lao Huajun 86-574-87022627 laohj@nbciq.gov.cn |
