分子生物学检测实验室介绍

分子生物学检测实验室 国家认监委批准的质检总局转基因产品检测实验室；多次通过由APLAC 和CNAS 等国内外认证机构组织的转基因产品和牛羊源成分检测水平测试；与中国检验认证集团宁波分公司（NBCCIC ）合作的非转基因( IP ）认证的检测实验室。开展的项目主要有转基因产品的PCR 检测、牛羊等动物源性成分检测、植物病毒检测和其它疫病的分子检测及鉴定。 五年来，实验室为多家出口企业提供了30 余份非转基因产品证书，均获得对方国家的认可；对近500 批进口大豆做了转基因符合性检测；为300 多批进口饲料做了牛羊动物源性成分检测，有效防止了疯牛病的传入。1 项课题获得国家质检总局“科技兴检”二等奖。在国家一级学报或核心期刊上发表论文巧篇。[联络方式] 闻伟刚 0574-87022850 wenwg@nbciq.gov.cnMOLECULAR BIOLOGY INSPECTION LAB AS a transgenic detection Lab of AQSIQ ratified by CNCA , it has acquired satisfied results for many times in proficiency testing of transgenic products and bovine-sheep derived materials programs organized by APLAC and CNAS . The Lab is also coorperated with NBCCIC for Non GM Identity Preservation Certification ( IP ) . The items carried out mainly include molecular detection and identification of genetically modified product , bovine and sheep derived materials , plant viruses and other epidemic disease . In recent five years , more than 30 IP certificates which admitted by other countries were provided for export corporations;nearly 500 batches of imported soybeans were tested for transgenic conformance ; over 300 batches of imported feedstuff were tested for bovine and sheep derived materials in order to prevent the entering of BSE .
