动物检疫实验室介绍
| 动物检疫实验室 主要负责宁波口岸出入境动物与动物产品中一、二类动物传染病与寄生虫病的检疫以及日一兴奋剂等兽药残留检测工作。实验室技术人员专业涉及动物检疫、畜牧、兽医、微生物等，能开展病原的分离和鉴定、细胞培养、PCR 、ELISA 以及血凝、血凝抑制等技术检测工作。2002 年以来，实验室检疫进口奶牛近1 万头，检测项目有蓝舌病、结核病、副结核病、赤羽病、传染性牛鼻气管炎、粘膜病和白血病，并检出副结核病、传染性牛鼻气管炎、粘膜病等阳性的疫牛30 多头份；同时，实验室还完成动物产品中氯霉素、克伦特罗、沙丁胺醇、来克多巴胺等兽药残留的检测工作。[联络方式] 黄素文 0574－87022626 huangsw@nbciq.gov.cnANIMAL QUARANTINE LAB Animal Quarantine Lab of Biosafty Test Subcenter of Inspection and Quarantine Technology Center of Ningbo CIQ is responsible for animal inspection and quarantine , detection of β-agonist and drug residues entry-exit from Ningbo harbor . The specialities of the technicians In the lab are animal quarantine , animal husbandry , veterinary medicine and microbiology . We can inspeCt and detect by pathologenic organism isolation and identification , cell culture , PCR , ELISA , haemoagglutination test , haemoagglutination inhibition test and other techniques . Since2002 , we have quarantined about10 , 000 cows , the main diagnosis items are blue tongue , tuberculosis , paratuberculosis , akabane disease , bovine infectiouse rhinotracheitis , bovine viral diarrhea-Mucosal disease and leukaemia bovum and some pathogens evidence of infectious disease such as : paratuberculosis , bovine infectiouse rhinotracheitis and bovine viral diarrhea-Mucosal disease have been tested out in about 30 cows ; And also we have completed many examinations of chloramphenical , clenbuterol , salbutamol , ractopmine in lots of animal products .CONTACT MODE Huang Suwen 86-574-87022626 huangsw@nbciq.gov.cn |
