生物安全检测分中心概况
| 宁波出入境检验检疫局技术中心生物安全检测分中心在原动植物检疫实验室的基础上组建而成，实验室成立于1999 年12 月，2003 年3 月17 日获得中国合格评定国家认可委员会（CNAS ）的计量认证认可，证书编号为L0317 。
目前，生物安全检测分中心由动物检疫实验室、植物检疫实验室、食品微生物实验室、分子生物学实验室和山水盆景实验室五部分组成。其中，山水盆景实验室为国家级重点实验室，其它实验室为区域性中心实验室。 [联络方式] 陈先锋 0574－87022606 chenxf@nbciq.gov.cn 闻伟刚 0574－87022850 wenwg@nbciq.gov.cnBIOSAFT TESST SUBCENTER Biosafty Test Branch Center of Inspection and Quarantine Technology Center of N ingbo CIQ was founded on the former Animal and Plant Quarantine Lab in December , 1999 . She had been recognized by the China National Accreditation Board for Laboratories ( CNAS ) on Mar 17 , 2003 . The number of the certificate is L0317 . Biosafty Test Subcenter is composed of six branches : Animal Quarantine Lab , Plant Quarantine Lab , Food microorganism Lab , Molecular Biology Lab , Landscape Penjing Quarantine Lab and Xiangshan Microorganism Lab . The Landscape Penjing Quarantine Lab is the key Laboratory of AQSIQ , the others are regional center laboratories of AQSIQ . Biosafty Test Subcenter occupies about 1200 square meters . There are 20 staff , including 1 Docter,11 Masters , 5 undergraduates and 3 juniors , and 5 acquire senior title of a technical post , 9 acquire secondary title of a technical post among them . The lab is currently equipped with lots of advanced instruments for detection such as : fluorescence microscope , stereo microscope , real time nucleic acid detection system , high speed frozen centrifugal centrifuge , mini-VIDAS VITEK precision microplate reader,Biological safety cabinets and so on . The total value is more than eight million Yuan . Subcenter undertake the inspection and quarantine for entry-exit products from both the bureau inside and clients outside of it . The products mostly include farm products , milch cow , food , aquatic products , wooden package , flowers and so on . The lab is capable of quarantine hazardous biology such as : Phytophthora sojea , Tilletia controversa , Bursaphelenchus xylophilus , Sorghum halepense , Acanthoscelides obtectus , Bean Pod mottle virus , and practising diagnosis akabane disease , leukaemia bovum,paratuberculosis and other hazardous animal disease;detection of listeria monocytogenes , staphylococcus aureus and salmonella etc in food;examination of transgenic products such as soybean , rapeseed , corn etc and detection of bovine ,sheep and goat -derived for preventing bovine spongiferm encephalopathy . At present , the subcenter hold more than 200 methods for detection and technical information , it provided great technical support and guarantee for detection . Subcenter perform the responsibility of protecting the state gate of our country earnestly . The plant Quarantine Lab had intercepted more than 200 quarantine pests such as : Tilletia indica , Tilletia controversa , Bursaphelenchus xylophilus , sorghum halepense , Acanthoscelides obtectus , Sternochetes mangiferae , Bactrocera dorsalis , Coptoermes curvignathus for nearly 5000 batches ; The Animal Quanantine Lab had intercepted about 20 cow which had some pathogens evidence of infectious disease such as : bovine infectiouse rhinotracheitis , leukaemia bovum , paratuberculosis and so on ; The food microorganism lab had detected over 300 unqualified products such as Salm-Sury , Listeria monocytogenes , Mycobacterium paratuberculosis etc . ; Molecular biology Lab had provided 50 certificates for the products which had not contained genetically modified organism and bovine , sheep and goat-derived for many corporations , so as to the related products could be exported to European Union , Korea ,Japan and other countries successfully . Everybody also do scientific research , establish new standardization and expand new items actively in answer to the vocation of " enhancing inspection and quarantine depending science and technology" when they complet the daily work . Subcenter had accomplished 35 objects and standardization in recent five years . " clone of rDNA of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus and application in inspection" had win the second prize of " enhancing inspection and quarantine depending science and technology " by AQSIQ . More than 160 new items and methods had been applied and more than 60 thesis had been published in the magazine home and abroad ; Four people had been awarded "Leader in subject", 28 proficiency testing programs organized by institution home and abroad had been completed satisfactorily .
