兽药残留检测实验室介绍
| 兽药残留检测实验室 主要从事进出口食品、水产品中兽药残留、食品添加剂、生物毒素的检测。拥有液相色谱仪、液相色谱/串联四极杆质谱联用仪、GPC 凝胶渗透净化系统、CHARMII 放射免疫检测系统等先进设备。目前开展了动物性食品中磺胺类、四环素类等5 类20 多种兽药残留的检测；各类食品中黄曲霉毒素、呕吐毒素等生物毒素检测；食品中色素、防腐剂、抗氧化剂等添加剂的检测。在宁波地区首先开展苏丹红、孔雀石绿、硝基映喃代谢物检测，是目前本地区同类实验室设备最先进、开展项目最多的兽残检测实验室。[联络方式] 谢东华 0574－87022686 xiedh@nbciq.gov.cnANIMAL-DRUG RESIDUE TESTING LAB The animal-drug residue testing lab engages in detection for drug residue , food additives , biologic toxin in aquatic products or food for import and export . It is equipped with advanced instruments like HPLC , HPLC /MS/MS , GPC ( Gel Permeation Chromatography ) clean-up system , CHARM -II radiate immunity testing system , which are used for detection of sulfas and tetracycline about 5 species and 20 kinds of drug residues in animal food , determination of biology toxins like afltoxins , deoxynivalenol , food additives Iike colors , preservatives and anti-oxidant in all kinds of food..The lab takes the lead in detecting Sudan red , Malachite green and Nitrofuran antibiotics metabolite in Ningbo area , and has become the animal-drug residue testing lab with the advanced equipments and the most testing items in local labs of the same kind .CONTACT MODE Xie Donghua 86-574-87022686 xiedh@nbciq.gov.cn |
