| 农药残留检测实验室
主要承担宁波地区进出口各类食品及其相关产品中农药残留、(纺织品中禁用偶氮染料、电子电器产品中多澳联苯和多澳联苯醚、)多环芳烃、氯霉素、多氯联苯等有毒有害物质的检测。实验室现有工作人员8 人,其中高、中级职称5 人。主要检测设备有:美国瓦里安1200GC –MS/MS 仪1 台(该设备是我国检验检疫系统内第一台三纵四极空间串联气质联用仪,在一些复杂样品的残留检测中发挥着重要作用),美国安捷伦公司Agilent5975 、5973N 、HP5971 气质联用仪各1 台,主要进行检测样品的确证工作;美国安捷伦公司的各类气相色谱仪4 台,配备有电子捕获检测器(ECO )、火焰光度检测器(FPD )、脉冲火焰光度检测器(PFPD )、氮磷检测器(NPD )、氢火焰离子化检测器(FID )等5 种检测器。实验室主要采用或参考GB 、SN 、AOAC 、ISO 、ASTM等国内外标准和检测方法,并根据自身的仪器设备条件,建立检测方法,目前已开展的农药残留检测有6 大类60 多项。近年来实验室参加农药残留检测等的能力验证8 次,均取得了满意的结果;实验室还承担了从国家局到宁波局的各级科研项目多个,并发表论文多篇。目前实验室正根据国家局残留分析质量控制指南的要求,切实加强残留分析质量控制,逐步开展农药多残留质谱检测方法的研究及应用工作。

PESTICIDE RESIDUE LABORATORY
The Laboratory of Pesticide Residues Analysis is responsible for analysis of pesticide residues in export-import food and related products , banned AZO dyes in textile , polybromobiphenyls and polybromodiphenyl ethers in electric and electronic products , as well as other poisonous and deleterious chemicals such as chloromycetin and polychlorinated biphenyls by GC and GC-MS in Ningbo . eight staff are serving the laboratory , among them four ranking engineer or above . Equipments available in the laboratory include GC-MS / MS ( Varian 1200 ) with MS triple quad which is the first instrument in the CIQ system and plays an important role in the residue analysis in the complex matrix , GC-MS ( Agilent 5975 ) and GC-MS ( Agilent 5973 ) for the confirmation analysis of the testing samples , and GC with ECD , FPD , PFPD , NPD , FID detectors . All the analyses are performed according to the standard methods of GB , SN , AOAC , ASTM and some methods established by ourselves . The laboratory can provide the service of pesticide residue analysis for about 60 compounds , including 6 classes . In recent years , the laboratory shows a satisfying ability in the eight validation experiments of pesticide residue analysis . In addition , the laboratory are undertaking several scientific research projects from Ningbo to Entry-exit Generai Administration of Inspection and Quarantine with many papers published . At the present time , the laboratory has strengthened the quality control of residue analysis and gradually proceeded to the research of the multi –residue analysis methods and its application by MS based on the instruction of quaIity control of residue analysis of Entry-exit General Administration of Inspection and Quarantine .
