理化实验室介绍
| 理化实验室 承担进出口食品、农副产品的检验工作，同时也承担进出口电池中汞含量的检测工作。实验室拥有原子吸收、原子荧光、等离子体发射光谱、等离子发射光谱／质谱联用仪、冷原子测汞仪、旋光仪、可见和紫外分光光度计、蛋白质测定仪、脂肪测定仪等大中型仪器。实验室能开展营养成份和有毒有害成份的检测，如脂肪、蛋白质、铁、钙、铅、砷、汞等80 余个项目。实验室多次参加国内、国际组织的水平测试、均获得满意效果。本实验室还是国家质检总局指定电池汞检测专项实验室。[联络方式] 杨娟芬 0574－87022700 yangjf@nbciq.gov.cnPHYSICAL & CHEMICAL LABORATORY Physical and Chemical Laboratory of Food Safety Test Subcenter is charged with testing food and primary products in the imports and exports . The lab possesses of powerful experiment equipment , such as AAS , AFS , ICP , ICP-MS , Mercury Analyzer , Polarimeter , UV-Vis , Kjeltec Analyzer etc . There are more than 80 items about nutrition and poisonous components in the food developed in our lab , such as Fat , Protein , Fe , Ca , Pb , As , Hg et al . The lab takes the test of domestic and overseas analysis performance assessment several times every year , and gets satisfying results .
