食品安全检测分中心概况
| 宁波出入境检验检疫局检验检疫技术中心食品安全检测分中心成立于1975 年，分中心于1990 年6 月通过了国家商检系统二级实验室考核。1999 年4 月获CCIBLAC 认可。2002 年11 月实验室根据ISO / IEC17025 : 1999 建立了实验室管理体系并通过了中国实验室国家认可委员会的认可，认可证书编号为L0320 。2003 年8 月通过国家级计量认证。分中心是国家质检总局区域性中心实验室，并获得韩国食药厅认可的国外检测机构资格，还是国家质检总局认可的有机食品检测品检测机构和电池汞检测专项实验室，宁波市农产品安全工作协调小组成员单位。作为浙江省实力最强的食品安全检测机构之一，分中心以不断提高食品安全质量为已任，在为检验检疫行政执法提供技术保障，确保进出口食品安全的同时，充分发挥自身技术优势，积极参与地方政府开展的“食品安全评价性抽验”等活动，在专项治理、监督抽查、信息咨询、技术培训、技术服务等诸多方面发挥积极作用，被誉为食品安全的坚强“守护者”。 分中心主要从事各类食品、化妆品、纺织品等20 大类商品中的农药残留、兽药残留、食品添加剂、生物毒素、有害元素、营养成分、毒理等涉及安全、卫生、环保和反欺诈等理化项目的检测。

The subsection passed the authorization of second-grade laboratories in the inspection and quarantine system of the Nation’s in June , 1990 and that of CCIBLAC in April , 1999 . Identical to the requirements of ISO : IEC17025 : 1999 , the laboratory set up the quality system and aquired the accreditation of the nation’s, laboratories in Nov , 2002 and the Nation’s metrology accreditation certificate in August , 2003 . FSTS is the territorial center lab of the General Administration of Quality Supervision , Inspection and Quarantine , and got the testing qualification of the Food and Drug Administration of Korea . It is also the appointed lab of the General Administration for testing Hg in batteries , and the member unit for food safety in primary products of Ningbo . FSTS primarily engages in the fields of safety , health , environmental protection , anti-fraud , such as pesticide residue , drug residue , food additives , b iologic toxin , harmful elements , nutritional compoments , toxicology in almost 20 species of food , cosmetic , batteries , textile etc . FSTS is equipped with GC , HPLC , GC-MS , HPLC/MS/MS AAS , AFS , ICP , ICP-MS almost 100 instuments which value 15million RMB . FSTS sets up four departments which have reasonable structure and excellent technique : pesticide residue testing lab , drug residue testing lab , physicochemical lab and toxicologic lab . The technical staff are composed of professor,senior engineers , engineers , who have the educational qualification of graduates or the lower . FSTS has presided and attended the drawing-up of national standard and professional standard which are GB / 2743-1994 ( " the hygienic standard of crabes in sea " ) , SN0646-1997 （" determination for neomycin residue in meat or meat product for export-HPLC method "）, etc ．Two articles which titled " determination of Aflatoxin Bl , B2 , Gl , G2 in honey " and " determination of Aflatoxin Bl , B2 , G1 , G2 in wine " , passed the accreditation by the specialists of the General Administration , and it is proved to get the advanced level in the world .
