毒理实验室介绍
| 毒理实验室 本实验室拥有公共卫生、卫生毒理、职业卫生及环境卫生等专业且实践经验丰富、理论知识全面的专业技术人员，其中，副高级职称1人，中级职称2人，均获硕士学位。实验室获得了浙江省实验动物管理中心颁发的实验动物使用许可证，现拥有SPF级（大、小鼠）动物房200平方米和普通级（家兔、豚鼠）动物房100平方米。 1. 实验室拥有先进的仪器设备： 1.1 生化分析仪器设备：全自动生化分析仪、酶标仪、尿分析仪、血液凝固仪、血球计数仪等; 1.2 分子毒理仪器设备：荧光显微镜、电泳仪、PCR仪、生物安全柜等； 1.3 病理分析仪器设备：全自动切片机、石蜡包埋机、组织处理机等； 1.4 细胞毒理仪器设备：二氧化碳培养箱、倒置培养用显微镜等； 1.5 辅助设备：染毒柜、高速冷冻离心机、低温冰箱、生化培养箱、旋转蒸发仪、纯水器等。 2. 实验室可开展毒理学基础研究和安全性毒理学评价工作： 2.1 进口食品卫生监督急性动物试验； 2.2 水产品贝类麻痹性、腹泻性毒素检测； 2.3 食品、食品原料及食品添加剂的急性毒性试验、Ames试验、微核试验、精子畸形试验、致畸试验、30天和90天喂养试验等检测项目； 2.4 保健品增强免疫力、抗氧化、辅助降血脂和缓解体力疲劳等功能评价试验； 2.5 化妆品、一次性使用卫生用品等消毒产品和危险化学品的急性、慢性毒性试验等检测项目。 3. 承担的课题 3.1微波食品材料毒性鉴定筛选试验 3.2儿童玩具材料毒性鉴定筛选试验 3.3进出口纳米化妆品中纳米材料毒理学检验技术和安全性评价体系研究 3.4进出口纳米化妆品中纳米材料毒理学快速检验方法研究 4. 承担的行业标准 4.1 鸟类繁殖试验 4.2 蚯蚓急性毒性试验 生殖 4.3 有机磷化合物亚慢性（28天）染毒的迟发性神经毒性试验 4.4 流水式鱼类试验 鱼类生物富集试验[联络方式] 主任：马中春 电话：0574 87166571 邮箱：mazc@nbciq.gov.cnIntroduction of Toxicological Laboratory of Ningbo Entry-Exit Inspectiong and Quarantine Bureau This laboratory has specialties majoring in public health, toxicology, occupational and environmental health with rich experience and comprehensive theory knowledge. All of them have master degree.This laboratory have applied icence of test animals awarded by administer central of test animals, Zhejiang province. Now, this laboratory has the SPF-level animal rooms (for rat and mouse) , 200 square meter and CL-level animal rooms (for rabbit and guinea pig),100 square meter. 1. This laboratory has advanced laboratory equipments： 1.1 Biochemistry analysis instrumentation apparatus, such as Automatic Biochemistry Analyzer, Microplate Spectraphotometer, Urine Analyzer, Blood Concretion Analyzer and Hematocyte Counter; 1.2 Molecular toxicological apparatus, such as Fluorescence Microscope, Electrophoresis System, Instrument for Polymerase Chain Reaction and Bio-safety Cabinet; 1.3 Pathology detection apparatus, such as Auto Rotary Microtome, Paraffin Embedding Center, Automatic Tissue Processor; 1.4 Cytes toxicological apparatus, such as CO2 Incubators and Inversion Culture Microscopes.; 1.5 Supporting apparatus, such as Inhalation Test Cabinet, High-speed Refrigerated Centrifuge, Ultra-low Temperature Freezer, Biochemistry Culture Box, Rotary Evaporator and Pure Water Apparatus. 2. This laboratory has been able to carry out the work of toxicology basic research and secure appraisal: 2.1 Acute toxicity test for the import food sanitary supervision examination; 2.2 Toxicity test for the aquatic product shellfish paralysis and diarrhea toxin examination; 2.3 Acute toxicity test, the Ames test, the micronucleus test, the sperm abnormality test, teratogenicity study, 30-days and 90-days feeding study for food, food raw material and food additives; 2.4 Function evaluation tests for health protection product, such as: immunity enhancement, the anti-oxidation, the assistance the blood fats fall and physical strength; 2.5 Acute and chronic toxicity tests for cosmetics, product for disinfection, such as disposable sanitary products and dangerous chemicals. 3. studies 3.1 Toxicity identification and screening test on material of microwave food; 3.2 Toxicity identification and screening test on material of children toys; 3.3 Study of toxicological test technology and safety evaluation system on the nanometer materials in nano- cosmetics for export and import; 3.4 Study of fast toxicological test technology on the nanometer materials in nano- cosmetics for export and import. 4.
