石油化工实验室介绍
| 石油化工实验室 始建于1979 年，是原国家进出口商品检验局一级实验室，1999 年1 月通过CCIBLAC 认可，2003 年3 月通过CNAL 认可，实验室为海关总署指定的海关委托检测实验室及国家质检总局指定的涂料专项检测实验室，为国家级石油化工检测重点检测实验室。实验室主要专业从事进出口石油及石油化工产品法定及国内外委托检验检测工作，主要商品有原油、奥里油、液化石油气、汽油、航空煤油、柴油、石蜡油、蜡油（VGO）、燃料油、石油焦、石油沥青、润滑油、润滑脂、基础油、石油苯等十七个类别的几十个石油产品及油漆涂料、化工助剂、液体化工、橡胶塑料、农药等化工产品，涉及的检测项目达218 项。 近三十年来，实验室在实践中积累了丰富的工作经验，检测技术能力不断加强，环境设施得到了改善，造就了一批结构稳定、技术精湛的检测技术队伍，各类专业技术人员14 人，硕士研究生7 人，大学本科4 人，其中高级工程师2 人，工程师2 人，助理工程师6 人。实验室现有实验用房1000平方米，拥有傅立叶变换近红外光谱仪、傅立叶变换红外光谱仪、自动差热分析仪、气相色谱仪、自动粘度仪、自动馏程仪、X 荧光测硫仪、实际胶质仪、数显式密度仪、自动色度仪、各类自动闪点仪、全套进口道路沥青检测设备等各类专业仪器100 余台，总价值1200 多万元，能满足日常检测工作和新项目开发的需要。 实验室长期来注重技术人员素质的提高，积极参加学术讲座和专业培训，实验室拥有丰富的技术标准资料，获取新标准和技术资料快捷。实验室注重新技术开发，新方法研究和标准制修订工作，作为国家级重点实验室，同时承担着指导和解决全国相关领域检验检疫执法把关疑难问题。近三年来，实验室开展新商品新项目检测达80 多项，科研立项20 余项，其中省级科研及制标9 项，在专业期刊发表论文25 篇，并多次获得宁波检验检疫局局科技进步和科技工作奖，科研成果丰硕。 实验室积极参加CNAS 、APLAC 、NATA 、ECJRC 等组织的水平测试活动，成绩优异，2005年实验室参加了ECJRC 组织的IMEP-18柴油中低硫水平测试，实验室检测结果的Z值的绝对值为0.3，实验室的检测能力已达国际领先水平。[联络方式] 邹蓓蕾 0574-87022670 wubl@nbciq.gov.cnPETROCHEMICALS LABORATORY Petroleum and Chemical Laboratory ( hereinafter refered to as LPG ) of Ningbo Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau Technology center was founded in 1979 , which is a senior inspection testing lab of the former National Import and Export Commodities Inspection Bureau and a national key lab of petroleum and chemicals .Simultaneity , PLC is appointed an entrusted inspection testing lab by the General Administration of Customs and a specific coating-inspection lab by the General Administration of Quality.Supervision , Inspection and Quarantine of the People ' s Republic of China . It was ratified by CCIBLAC organization in February 1999 and by CNAL organization in March 2003 respectively . The main business of PCL is to take the compulsory and entrusted inspection testing services on the import & export petroleum and chemicals involved 218 inspection testing items , which cover 17 kinds of petroleum products including crude oil , orimulsion , fluidified petroleum gas , gasoline , diesel , fuel oil , lubricant base oil etc and several chemicals such as paint coating , chemical additives , liquid chemical , pesticide , rubber , plastic , etc . In recent 30 years PLC has improved its inspection testing conditions greatly and had 14 staff members with rich experiences and good skills , including 7 masters , 4 undergraduates , which is composed of 2 senior engineers , 2 engineers , 6 assistant engineers . Today PLC occupies a total floor area of 100 square meters and is equipped with about 100 kinds of equipments which add up to 12 million RMB , including FT-NIR , FT-IR , GC , etc . which can meet the demand of inspection testing daily and exploitation of new testing items . Meanwile PLC pays great attention to improving its technicians ', skill and provides plenty of chances of academic seminar and professional trainings . PLC possesses abundant technical standards and materials , which make it quick and convenient to get correlative information . As a national key Iab , its members take their effort to develop new techniques and methods and revise the standards . At the same time , they conduct and solve the problems relating to National Inspection and Quarantine Law . In the latest 3 years , the staff members of PLC have developed over 80 new testing items , set up about 20 research plans including 9 provincial research items and new standards and had 25 papers in periodicals , and then they winned several technical promotion and progress awards of Ningbo Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau . PLC participated positively in the competency testing activities organized by CNAS , APLAC , NATA , ECJRC etc and made great achievements in the past years .
