慈溪实验室介绍
| 慈溪实验室 慈溪实验室是电气安全检测中心设在慈溪家电科技城核心区域内的专业电气安全检测实验室，用地25 亩，总建筑实验用房面积 6000平方米。 实验室配备了1200 万元的测试设备，能够按照GB 标准、IEC 标准、EN 标准、UL 标准等国家和国际标准对电气产品进行各种检测。 设有： 环境试验室：高低温试验箱、盐雾试验箱、高低温交变湿热试验箱、摆管淋雨试验装置等； 安规测试室：耐压绝缘测试仪、接地电阻测试泄漏电流测试仪、电参数测定仪等； 材料测试室：针焰测试仪、灼热丝试验仪、漏电起痕测试仪、水平垂直燃烧试验仪、球压试验装置等； 非正常工作试验室：稳定性试验机、电熨斗跌落试验机、无绳壶通断试验机、门系统耐久性试验台、自动卷线器试验机等； 电气附件测试室：开关寿命试验台、防误插入和接触顺序试验装置、导线受损程度试验机、突拉试验装置等； 结构检查室：标准试验指、试验指甲、低倍投影仪、K 热电偶温度表、接触电流表等； EMC 试验室：射频信号发生器、干扰分析仪、数字存储示波器、雷击浪涌模拟器、干扰波场强测试仪、测试暗房等； 灯具试验室：防尘试验箱、防风罩等 实验室按ISO/IEC 17025标准建立质量管理体系，愿竭诚为客户提供公正、快捷、准确的优质服务。[联络方式] 0574-63032398 cx.sungs@nbciq.gov.cnCIXI LABORATORY Cixi Laboratory is a professional electrical security Inspection laboratory which has been established by Ningbo Inspection & Quarantine Bureau Electrical Securlty Inspection Center in the core areas of Cixi Electrical Home Apparatus Science ＆Technical City . It covers an area of 1.67 hectares . It has 6,000 square meters for the total building area of the laboratory houses . The Laboratory is equipped with 12 million RMB of the Inspection facilities . It can implement various Inspections to the electrical products according to the National and InteFnational StandardS such as GB Standard , IEC Standard , EN Standard , UL Standard etc . It has Environmental Test Room , High & Low Temperature Test Box , Salt Mist Test Box , High & Low Temperature Alternating Humidity Cabinet , Pipe Rain Test Device and so forth . Security Stipuiation Test Room : Voltage withstand Insulation Tester , Ground Connection Resistance Test Leakage Current Detector,Electrical P arameter Tester etc. Material Test Room : Needle-Flame Tester , Glow Wire Tester,Dielectric Tester, Horizontal & Vertical Combustion Tester , Ball Pressure Tester etc . Abnormal Operation Test Room : Stability Tester , Electric Iron Drop Tester , Rope-less Kettle on / off Tester , Door System Durability Test Bench , Automatic take-up Winder Tester etc . Electrical Fitting Test Room : Switch Life Test Table , Plug-in Error Resistant and Contact Sequence Tester , Conductor Damage Degree Tester ，Tensile Tester and so on . Structure Test Room : Standard Test Finger ，Test Finger Nail , Low-Power Projector,K Thermocouple Temperature Gauge , Contact Current Meter and so on .
