电气安全检测分中心概况
| 电气安全检测分中心由余姚、慈溪两电气实验室组成，是国家质检总局的区域中心实验室。主要从事家电、灯具、电动工具、电动机、插头插座等电气产品的安全和电磁兼容( EMC ）检测工作，包括法定的型式试验和承接社会各类委托检测业务。
分中心拥有实验室面积约10000 余平方米，设有：家电、灯具、电器附件、插头插座、电动机、电动工具、EMC 、材料、环境、结构、焙差、非正常工作等实验室。配备了包括烙差室、大功率变频稳压电源、高精度温升采集监控分析系统、高精度智能泄漏电流检测仪、高精度智能接触电流检测仪、高精度耐压检测仪、结构检查仪器、灼热丝试验仪、材料燃烧试验设备、灯具防风试验箱、整套防尘试验设备、防锈盐雾试验箱、大型步入式温热室、高温试验箱、整套防水试验设备、整套电源线和电线电缆试验设备及振动试验台等先进的仪器设备。能按照GB 、IEC 、EN 、UL 等国家和国际标准对电气产品进行安全及电磁兼容项目的检测。

It includes the legal pattern experiments . It also accepts various entrusted Inspection business from the society . Security Inspection Center owns about 10 , 000 square meters of the laboratory areas . Among them , Yuyao Laboratory shares over4 , 000 square meters and Cixi more than6 , 000 square meters . It establishes the laboratories for the electrical home appliance , lamps , electric fittings , plugs and sockets , electric motor,electric tool , EMC , material , environment , structure , enthalpy potential , abnormal work and so on . It is equipped with enthalpy potential room , large wattage variable frequency regulated supply , high precision temperature rise collection monitor and analysis system , high accuracy intellectual leakage current detector , high precision intellectual contact current detector , high accuracy voltage-withstand detector , structure check apparatus , glow wire tester , material combustion Inspection equipment , lamp wind-proof test box , a complete set of dust-proof experiment device , anti-rust salt mist test box , large-size Walk-in High & Low Temperature Inspection Chamber , high temperature test box , a complete set of power cord , wire and cable Inspection device , oscillation test bench etc . It can detect the safety of the electrical products and electro-magnetic compatible items according to the national and international standards such as GB , IEC , EN , UL and so forth . It is about 50 million RMB for the total assets of Security Inspection Center . It possesses more than 800 sets of the Inspection instruments and equipments . At present , it has more than 40 professional Inspection technicians . Among them , it shares one fourth by the postgraduates and one third by the undergraduates . It owns one senior engineer , eight engineers , sixteen assistant engineers . The personnel are equipped with the sound quality through the professionally technical training . The Center formulates " Quality Manual " according to CNAL / AC01 : 2003 idt 150 / IEC 17025 : 2005 "Inspection & Calibration Laboratory Approval Rules" . It illustrates the quality principle of the Security Inspection Center and describes its quality system . As a lawful document , " Quality Manual " is used by Security Inspection Center to standardize all the activities relating to the quality . Meanwhile it furnishes extensive clients with the quality guarantee capabilities . Security Center persists in being centered by the customer’s interests .
