技术中心办公室概况
技术中心办公室由综合科、科技科和业务科组成。现有员工25 人，是一个由老中青三代结合的具有战斗力、凝聚力、号召力的集体。
作为检验检疫技术中心的行政部门，办公室承担着对内、对外的协调处理和业务开拓工作。对内做好督查、督办和服务保障工作，并积极配合局里开展各项工作；对外努力提高服务意识，开拓市场，拓宽业务发展空间。

It currently has 25 staff . It is a collective which consists of the young , the middle-aged and the old with the sound battle effectiveness , the superior concentration force and the excellent rallying point . As an Administration Department in Inspection & Quarantine Technical Center , the office undertakes and inner and outer coordination disposal and business development works . It internally well-does the supervision , inspection , urging to handle and service guarantee works . It also actively cooperates with Inspection and Quarantine Bureau to extend various operations . It tries hard to externally lift up the service consciousness , open up the market , expand the business development space . Comprehensive Section mainly takes charge of the routine affairs of Technical Center which include administrative management , logistics guarantee , cultural construction etc . It also assists the Center Ieaders to coordinate and handle the daily works in the Center . Technical Section is mainly responsible for the sci-tech development , quality system , systematic network , work quality , instruments and equipments , management to the subordinate enterprises and so on . It gives first prjority to offer service for the scientific research works from various laboratories . Business Section mainly carries out the legal Inspection . It also accepts , charges , sends samples for , examines and verifies , issues certificates for the entrusted inspection . The business range includes the inspection , classification and appraisal to the imported and exported plants and plant products , animals and animal products , agricultural products , food , petroleum and petroleum products , mineral products , chemicals , electrical products , coal , metal materials , packing and dangerous products . It is normally one to seven days for the Inspection cycle . Business Section is in line with the Center Spirits of " More Accurate , Quicker & Newern ". It takes "Service is our obligations " as the ideas to develop the tasks . It lays the great stress on the innovative service . It executes the humane and convenient service .
